Applied online with snagajob, contacted shortly for group interview. I was asked only one question so I was sure I didn't get the job, however I was contacted within the week for a second interview. If you are contacted for a second interview, you essentially have the job.

Interview
Very easy interview process. Met with a lead first and then the store manager. Both very nice and easy to talk to. Overall process lasted about a half hour. Very general questions asked.
Group interview with other applicants and multiple staff members present during the process. Questions directed at all applicants in the room. Store manager and hiring manager both present throughout the duration of the interview.
