I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Hartford, CT) in Jan 2020
Interview
asked the typical questions such as situational, how you cope with stress during a rush, customer service and prior experience in previous positions this interview was pretty straight foward and typical for retail stores to ask these questions

Question 1
what would you do in a situation with a upset customer
It was a pretty standard interview with situational questions and they explained the job duties. They also took me around the store to show me around and introduce me to everyone.
Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

Question 1
If a customer asked for a location of a product what will you do
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
