I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kohl's (Downey, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
it was a group interview. They asked a series of questions that we all took turns answering. They asked us about past work history and our experience in retail. They also asked us about our personalities and stuff like that. They gave us about 3 different scenarios that you may encounter in the store and how you would handle it. They also asked about how we would deal with stressful and fast paced situations.
It was a pretty standard interview with situational questions and they explained the job duties. They also took me around the store to show me around and introduce me to everyone.
Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

Question 1
If a customer asked for a location of a product what will you do
Very easy! They asked about my experience and ask me a few behavioral questions and then discuss about the role. The manager was really nice and really enjoyed it as a first job!
