I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kohl's (Jacksonville, FL) in Oct 2011
Interview
Pretty straightforward. Interviewed with the district manager, store manager, and assistant store manager. Some standard customer service questions, a couple tricky situational questions, and detailed questions concerning my past managerial experience. The only thing I disliked was I felt I was asked a couple of questions in different ways; I guess my answers weren't detailed enough? After that interview, had an interview with another assistant store manager, loss prevention manager, and some other employee.
