Interview
I had an interview with one of the managers. She was interviewing one other person and me. I would have to say that it was fairly awkward to only have one other candidate in the interview, rather than it being a true group interview or a one-on-one. I do think it was fair, to the point, and asked questions pertaining to the position.

Very easy interview process. Met with a lead first and then the store manager. Both very nice and easy to talk to. Overall process lasted about a half hour. Very general questions asked.
Group interview with other applicants and multiple staff members present during the process. Questions directed at all applicants in the room. Store manager and hiring manager both present throughout the duration of the interview.
