One of the easiest interviews I ever had! Just be prepared, and it so easy to be prepared since they read questions off of a sheet so you can easily find those questions on this website by people who were already interviewed. I fumbled a bit with my words since this was one of my first ever interview but my interviewer was understanding about it and I shaped up towards the end (just a bit LOL). I fully expected it to be a group interview but thankfully most of the interviewees there were applying for different positions and were interviewed by respective supervisors. I doubt I could have performed as well in a group interview.
I got an email the next morning telling me I got the job. BE AWARE YOU WILL BE DRUG SCREENED AT SOME POINT!

Question 1
How would you handle two customers asking you for something at the same time?
About 20 minutes , basic questions about teamwork and customer service. Had the interview and they called a few minutes later to offer me the job. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel calm
It was painless and super easy and I'm just putting in this information so I can view the average salaries of a company because I can't use Glassdoor unless I do this.
It was over the phone and very straight forward. I spoke with the current 02 (Assistant Store Manager) at the time and it focused on previous experiences in teams. Afterward, I received an email to complete the onboarding process online, filling out paperwork.
