I applied online, make sure to submit your resume, they will look at in the interview. In about a week after applying i got an email saying they want me to interview and to schedule. It is all handled online now. After scheduling, i received a call as a reminder. Make sure to show up early and dress in Business attire. I wore a black dress and 1 inch heals with a nice necklace. The hiring manager complimented my outfit, as the dress code is business casual at Kohls.

Applied online and received an email about a day later telling me to schedule an interview. When I went in I got there around 10 minutes early and was told to fill out an availability sheet then around 5 minutes later the manager came in and asked me fairly easy questions.
