I applied in-person. I interviewed at Kohl's (Tallahassee, FL) in Jul 2013
Interview
It was a group interview, but it definitely was very laid back. I didn't feel nervous about it to any degree at any point during the process, and everyone else in the interview came off as very relaxed as well. We all felt like we were in a comfortable environment to interview in.
