Applied online and they emailed a few days later asking to do a HireVue interview. Easy process with about 15 prerecorded questions similar to a basic interview (ie. describe yourself, why kohl’s). A week later I got the invitation for a 2-day interview at corporate. If you are within 5 hours of MKE you have to find your own transportation. There’s a dinner the first night and then a full day on events. There were 3 individual interviews and these were very conversational. Bring a ton of questions and topics to talk about within the company. You lead the discussion! Then the group interview sith 3-6 other applicants. Finally there was a retail math assessment. The day was long and there were 150 other applicants interviewing as well.
