Interview
I met the campus recruiter during the career fair at my university. There was nothing extra special when i talked to her, but about a week and a half later, I received an email from their talentnetwork email -- stating I should apply for their MIT position, and then schedule an on campus interview.
The on - campus interview went phenomenal, and I received an email the following day for their final round of interviews.
The final round was with the store manager and their district manager, and they were very nice. However, I felt like it tripped you up -- since I forgot to take the professional stance and became comfortable in the interview.

Interview
It was very simple and was actually enjoyable. Everyone I interviewed with was super friendly and easy to talk to! I first had a one on one interview with a nearby store manager. Then my second interview came a few weeks later. It was a group interview with an easy case study/ presentation. Then there were two one on one interviews with a store manager and then the Division Manager.

Interview
The interviewer was nice and friendly. I left with positive feeling but it was heartbreaking to realize when I didn't get the job, especially when I was really looking forward to it.

Interview
The interview process was very negative. There were two women and one of them did not seem interested in me at all. She seemed to force my answers to be short when she would look down at her paper and start saying her next question. I did not feel comfortable during the interview and she made me just want to walk out the door. She was not a very good interviewer.
