I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Kohl's (Fontana, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
The whole process went rather quickly. I applied online and within 2 days was asked to schedule an interview. Scheduled that online and then went in on the day I set and checked in at the customer service desk where I was then told to wait in the break room. There were 5 others who were being interviewed with me. We sat in a circle and the hiring manager asked everyone the same question. He started off with one person at the start of the circle closest to him and went around to each person asking the same question and then ended at the last person on his other side of the circle. Then that person answered first for the following question. There were about 5 - 6 questions and then he asked for everyone's availability and let us know they'd contact us within 24-48 hrs if we got the job. He asked us if we had any questions and that was it! I thought I did okay but didn't get an offer, I found out the next morning by email. I think because I seemed rather shy and quiet, but it was my very first interview so I was okay with it. The questions asked were basically the one's you can find on this website, they were pretty helpful and gave me something to go off of. They are all about customer service so they want answers that emphasize the importance of that. I suggest being prepared, smile, make eye contact and ask questions. Good Luck!!
Basic simple interview, mine was over the phone asking availability, why you want to work here, your strengths and weaknesses. They will tell you a little bit about working there and the company and thats about it. Nothing difficult and they will give you scenarios to see how you would handle them.

Interview
Process was pretty simple and straightforward. Longest part was waiting between the initial application and being selected to schedule an interview, which took about 6 weeks. My phone interview lasted around 20 minutes where they asked the typical questions. I was hired the next day.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Kohl's (Westminster, CO) in Nov 2025
Interview
Got the interview but was told to re-schedule to the next day just 45 mins ahead. Then the manager or supervisor (named Laura) never called back. I don't even bother to call them back because I ended up accepted a better offer from another company.
