I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kohl's (Edgewood, MD) in Oct 2015
Interview
It was simple and easy. You go and register to let them know you're there, they call you within five minutes to take you back into a room full of other potential employees. Once seated, they ask you a series of questions, they give you a schedule and you tel them whether or not you can work those days and they work around it. Then, it was the drug test, it was a stick placed in your mouth for about ten minutes, then you go and check your email for further questions and consent, take a picture with your first and last name on it, and then you're done. If you passed the drug test and have a clean background, you were hired.

My interview was done by phone. Was pretty simply. The interview only took about 10 minutes or so. Very professional. The only negative was that, it was hard to understand what all the lady was saying. The call was going in and out. But overall the phone interview was good.
