I applied online through the Kohl's Website. Got an email a few days later to schedule an interview. They only had two options available, which was a little annoying, but it was fine. They didn't tell us that it was a group interview. They had us interview each other and then introduce one another, after which they asked us two questions each, and had us fill out availability forms. Got an email a couple of days later saying I got the job.
