It was a group interview. Everyone was asked the same questions in order. About 7 questions. Took about 20 minutes. I got the impression they wanted to see who stood out in the entire group of 8 people.
Kohl's took a while to get back to me when I initially applied however the interview was very relaxed. I interviewed with the store manager and I was offered the job immediately.
