It was an open interview so mostly the same questions were being asked throughout the whole time I was there. But they are mostly about productivity and safety. Once you showed up, you signed-in and waited for your name to be called for your one-on-one interview.

Interview process is easy. They hire anybody if you have a pulse you should get the job. This is for people applying to an EFC/warehouse. You also cannot choose your department initially. You have to work there for a few months before requesting a change.
