Kohl's Windows Administration interview questions

They didn't know anything about technical aspects of Administration. Therefore, spoke a lot about my previous environment and later asked few basic unix commands. More than them asking me, I was the one who talked more. Interview went for about an hour. Told me to get prepared for a trip to milwaukee. But after two weeks, got a mail saying that, the position is already filled.
