Online hiring due to COVID 19 and it was a good process and they never tell that we'll inform you and all. They straight away tell if you are selected or not

I interviewed for Senior Security Engineer. My first technical screen was scheduled without checking my availability first. Readers, this is your first red flag.
My interviewer was incompetent and had very poor communication skills. He also lacked basic understanding of computer science fundamentals.
His questions did not make sense and every time I asked him to clarify he got annoyed.
E.g. You have a backend and frontend. Design a system.
When I asked him what kind of system it is - ecommerce/social media/tinyURL he looked dumbfounded.
He tried to ask me "technical questions" about NodeJS and Typescript but he lacked basic understanding of Javascript and NodeJS. Once he realized his questions are not making sense it was very hard for him to recover after that.
2 programming questions:
1) Determine if string is palindrome or not
2) Remove duplicates from string
Regarding (2) when I asked him if my implementation should return a new string he got very annoyed.
Behavioral question - what if you need something from your coworker and they dont respond?
Reader, another red flag
When I asked some questions he looked very puzzled.
Overall I got the impression that 1) interviewer is a very bad engineer 2) work culture does not support its employees

1) He rambled about a function needing results from other 5 functions? What is the "efficient" way to call these functions?

Interview
First I got a call from cosultancy and she scheduled telephonic interview with offshore manager which was a general discussion about my roles and responsibilities in current project.
Second round was technical discussion with onsite sr architect which was on java, tools like maven, jenkins and a use case questions.
Third round was technical and project discussion with onsite senior manager.
Fourth round was caliper assesment test.
Fifth round was discussion with sr HR and offshore manager it was again about my roles and responsiblities and they have put some scenarios about team work, conflict with manager in some cases and how I gonna handle it, about my hobbies and how it is helpful in my career life.
Above process took almost 20 days.
All the rounds went well and in a positive way but final status is rejected.
