The interview process starts off with a phone screening by a recruiter, then a Operations Management test. After this you are invited to a 2 hour video interview that is recorded. For those 2 hours you are asked questions back to back. You are then invited to a 3hr shadow interview at their office where you do another series of short interviews (3-4) in person and online with other out of state team members. It's less of a shadow day as you only get to learn about the work they do for 30 minutes. If you make it to the next round, you are invited to a final interview online with the head of OM and the senior hiring manager for an hour. You are asked more questions again for 45 minutes then given the chance to ask your own questions. They then let you know if you have been selected. They use top grading interview tactics but the whole process is a waste of time and energy. The same questions are asked repeatedly and by the end of the shadow day I was already over the interview process. Salary was 42k and head of OM was very unpleasant and seemed biased. Also, it is always good to look up the background of your interviewer and while she is a qualified educator, she is not a qualified OM. You need actual business skills and knowledge for that.
