I applied online. I interviewed at Kokua (Brownsville, TX)
Interview
Interview was pretty straightforward and went quickly. Questions were about work such as how many days a week would you want to work, would you like to be on call, what subjects you would like to teach, etc. The other half were hypothetical situations such as if you have a student who is not engaged in class and has his head down, how would you deal with it? It's not too difficult and it's fairly short.

How would you deal with a student that is not showing interest in class? He is not paying attention but has his head down and is not bothering/distracting anyone
Interview went well, however I was was not offered a position because I was told I didn’t have enough experience even though I’ve worked with them previously and I had over 15 years substituting experience.
Went very well was virtual questions got the email the next day that i had just applied. I then made the onkine interview then like by 1 week i got called back to see if i was intrested and when was i able to start working.
The interview process was fairly easy. Kokua scheduled a prerecorded video interview. Once I got the job, they called me and asked when I would like to start, and we went from there.
