Interview
One video interview where you record responses to 5 or 6 questions. Super straightforward questions about interest in education and a few scenario based questions. Second interview was a phone call to chat live.
The interview process is a friendly zoom conversation with one of their hiring team. I really liked the interviewer and the position. I declined the job offer however because the company charges a finders fee to school districts a substitute may choose to work for. This is a horrible barrier to other employment that lasts at least 12 months.
