The interview was two-step, first was introductory. Afterwards, the interviewer asked some case scenarios questions to evaluate the potential sub's aptitude as a teacher. In my case, I did well enough to pass the interview, but was recommended to take a course that overviews the basic of teaching, retaining student engagement, and how to manage crisis.
