I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Konica Minolta Business Solutions (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2013
Interview
I met them at a recruiting event for my college. Set up the interview with a follow up call I did with the managers I met while at the event. A few weeks later I came in for my first interview where I met the manager who was in need of a new hire. Went very well, came back for one more with him and the branch manager then was offered the job.

Question 1
What is the biggest obstacle you have ever had to overcome?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Konica Minolta Business Solutions in Jul 2024
Interview
I started with a phone screen with a recruiter. Then I had a second interview with one of the sales managers. When the interview concluded, I was told that they wanted to move forward with an in person interview at their location. They told me dates and times would be emailed to set up the next meeting. I never received any follow-up message from them at all. I had to find out from a third party that they had already hired someone else. They never sent any correspondence to me letting me know that and left it up to me to find out by myself. It is ridiculously unprofessional to tell someone there would be a next step in an interview process, then not proceed to that step and never give any explanation why. One of the worst interview experiences I have ever had.
