Interview
With all due respect, that was the most peculiar interview I have ever participated in. I was presented with two questions: “Please provide an overview of your professional background,” and “Role-play your current presentation.” I have the impression that the candidate had already been selected, and my presence was merely to fill another candidate slot to meet the “quota.” The majority of my time during the interview was dedicated to learning about the interviewer’s religious beliefs and how his management approach is influenced by those beliefs, rather than the specifics of the position.
