First screening by HR phone call, then 2 weeks later called in for a face to face interview with the Montreal general manager. You could tell that the general manager was recently promoted from his demeanor and questions (more of an interrogation approach). I very quickly realized that the montreal operation has a high attrition rate and was able to clearly see the main reason. I would definitely advise senior people to think twice before applying. Needless to say, soon as I got back to my office, I withdrew my application as I would not want to work in a toxic culture.
