I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Konrad Group (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2021
Interview
Submitted my resume online, got an email for an screening interview request by phone, followed by interview with VP and then a take home case.
Overall phone interview was fine. The interview with the VP was a bit aggressive. It seemed designed to test your knowledge gaps, but I went in being pretty honest with what my capabilities were, yet they asked outside of it. Normally this would feel fine but it felt like they were specifically asking me questions they knew I wouldn’t know in an effort to ‘expose me’, instead of proving that I could learn new concepts (which I have).
The take home was a pretty standard design thinking take home type problem. Google anything with a business case and IDEO, most likely a cross from that.
Overall neutral - I think they tested too much on current knowledge instead of your ability to learn knew things. Also a warning was that I did not interact with a single women in leadership the entire interview process.

Interview
I had a quick interview with the recruiter who then put me in touch with the VP. I had an hour phone conversation with him. He was very friendly and it was a transparent conversation. He asked various questions about my past experience and how it related to the consulting role. I can not stress this enough. They look at your past experience... this is not a junior role.
