The initial interview was fine. It’s the second interview with their CRO who appeared to be uninterested and borderline, unprofessional with his lack of attention. Instead he nitpicked my background which I am positive was far better than other candidates. For some odd and ancient mindset of a reason, he saw my background as problematic because unlike himself, I refuse to stay with any company for more than 5 years.
