The process was tedious and felt unnecessary, and it spanned over around 6 months. I had a terrible experience as an interviewee and am not sure about the need to go through four interview rounds and multiple assessments. I applied for two graduate roles, and the HR team rescheduled my interviews so many times that it gave the impression they didn’t value their applicants. Overall, worst candidate experience I’ve ever had. Will not apply to this company again in the future.
