A person from the LTC team contacted me because she had seen my profile online and she was interested in my background. That was very positive because she was the one who thought I could match the role and otherwise I wouldn't have heard about the Company. After that call they sent me some online test especilly focus on my personality and my match with the culture of the Company. Finally I had an interview with the Head of LTC and the principal. It was very cool to have the opportunity to do the interview straight with the more important people in the department.
