Interview

fine, only 2 stages, went quickly. partner and director were fine, nice enough people. money motivated, but this job is like that. all done on teams, no in person. overall was smooth and plain sailing i thought
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Korn Ferry in Feb 2021
Interview
Odd. Lack of standardized questions. Informal and rushed. It was evident that the leader/hiring manager merely skimmed my resume -- he made assumptions and filled in gaps inaccurately. Primary topic -- > my new business development experience. Limited discussion of my qualifications for 75% of the role / responsibilities -- didn't inquire about my success with developing new solutions, or my history of retaining clients and expanding business with them, etc. So - KF "went in another direction" and didn't offer me a job. They have no idea what I could have done for them or their clients. They never really asked. My passion for increasing revenue is what matters most.
