I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kowalski's Markets (Minneapolis, MN) in Mar 2016
Interview
The interviewer rescheduled on me twice which was a bit discouraging but she was very apologetic about it. When the time for the interview actually came she was very nice and easy to talk to. I'm super nervous about interviews but I felt pretty at ease once we started talking. I did some research about the company beforehand so I was prepared for the questions about democracy and impressed with the interviewer with the knowledge I had about Kowalski's. Other questions were typical ones about customer service and why you chose this company, etc. Overall a good experience!
