Interview
Spoke with a recruiter on the phone for a screen and never heard back on a decision (whether that was yes or no). No follow up and I didn't feel the recruiter was equipped to answer questions and was rushed.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2026
Interview
I applied for the role in June, heard from the recruiter in July. There was a sense of urgency to meet with the recruiter, and hiring manager due to a time crunch. The recruiter was late to the initial screening call and we had to reschedule. The hiring manager was a no show to the screening and when the rescheduled happened you can tell she already had her candidate selected. She opened the interview speaking about herself, ask a few capabilities question. She emphasis throughout the interview she had a limited time crunch. This was by far one of the worse interview interactions.

Question 1
Why Kraft? They are very big that you want to work there.
Not very difficult, but very time consuming. Workday's application layout is outdated and time consuming. Need to upload resume but the auto filling options doesn't work very well. So you end up typing it out again.
