I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2016
Interview
First filled out the online application, then had to take two online tests. Don't be fooled- you need to study for these tests in order to pass and move on, and they are not easy. After that there was a phone screen with simple kinds of behavioral style questions- how would your friends describe you, etc. Then I had two skype interviews (they don't recruit directly on my campus so this may vary for some) which were again more behavioral stuff. At this point the process moved very quickly and I would find out during the interview whether I had passed to the next phase. After the second skype, I got a call about a week later inviting me to their onsite day in Chicago. The onsite day was really amazing-- learning the history of Kraft Heinz, meeting the CEO and getting to question him and other senior members of the company. The focus of this day is a 3-minute presentation about yourself- what you've done so far, what you're doing now, and why you should be hired. Practice this it is no joke. A group of people were eliminated after the first presentation, and the second group had to present again in front of a new panel. Overall this part was hard but I had a fabulous day. It's a great company, great people, great vision for the future, and I accepted the position!!
