The process took about a month and a half. I first had a phone screening, then met with the hiring manager, then her manager. Overall, the questions were fair. Wanted to make sure that I was knowledgable in the industry, and that I was a good fit for the company. My only complaint was the lack of communication between interviews.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
One of the absolute worst interview process I have ever had
Took almost 4 months
1- recruiter call
2- met with VP
3- met with 2 HR reps who were horrible! (Rolled their eyes and was absolutely rude), and then with 2 hiring managers who were super kind
( was told I was overqualified after the process)
4.Then… was contacted again a week later by same recruiter to meet with another hiring manager for the same position.
5. Interview with hiring manager who was wonderful but told me that I needed to be on the east coast (even though it was for a remote role)
6. Recruiter says she found me another role which was near where I lived and that I would be a good fit
7. One week later she cancels my interview and ghosts me.
After 4 months of Krafts, do not waste your time.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2022
Interview
Heard back three days after submitting an application. Phone call with recruiter, then two interviews, one with the Hiring Manager and the other with HR, both within a day of each other. Pretty straight forward, got a verbal offer the following week
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Do you know our values, name them? Describe a time you worked with data and describe the experience. (process of cleaning/analyzing/presenting etc...)
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Madrid) in Jul 2018
Interview
You have to pass through the online test, that I found quite difficult compared to other ones. There are 3 exams: numerical, figures and english (comprehension). You have like 40 secs per question, so you have to be agile and fast. After you pass this online test, you go through an interview. The interview is the common interview, about your experience.
