There were 3 interviews each with the HR Director, Sales Director and then the Line Manager. each interview has a different objective. the first one with the HR director would check your cultural fit with in the organization. The second interview would be where do you see yourself and the potential for becoming a future leader and then the last would be checking out the basic skills that you would be having.

Good. Very focused on culture, products, and values. and Quick response for whether you are moving to the next round. Also, interviewers provided good feedback throughout the process after each interview. Prep documents sent.
