I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz
Interview
The interview process had weak questions considering my resume had enough information to employ the S.T.A.R. method of interviewing. A graduated phone interview set wes employed when I could have easily done it face to face. After the process I waited for a few weeks to get a response on my status. Even after emailing the Kraft HR Manager, I was told they would get back with me, but never did. I now understand why the Glassdoor reviews of Kraft/Heinz are so poor: because it truly is a poor company in regards to culture. Even if the response would have been a 'no' on hiring me, they could have had the courage to say so!
