After the initial phone screen, Lot's of 1:1 interviews, 45 minutes each. Meet with marketing, engineering, sales, and more. It was a very technical interview, but the role in my opinion was not as difficult as the interview made it out to be. This company is very process oriented and uses a ton of trackers.

Included general questions on group work, problem-solving skills, as well as some particular to packaging, as this was the position interviewed for.
