It was a long interview process overall. I spoke to two people from each location as the job was hiring for two different sites one in Pennsylvania and the other in Ohio.

After the initial phone screen, Lot's of 1:1 interviews, 45 minutes each. Meet with marketing, engineering, sales, and more. It was a very technical interview, but the role in my opinion was not as difficult as the interview made it out to be. This company is very process oriented and uses a ton of trackers.

2-person panel interview on campus, lasting roughly an hour. Included general questions on group work, problem-solving skills, as well as some particular to packaging, as this was the position interviewed for. All questions were asked in the STAR format, eg, tell me about a time when... The interviewers also held a dinner with all candidates afterwards.
