The process was very fast. There are two interviews, the first one with HR and the second with management: 10 minutes interview with HR and 30min with the director. It was very quick. The position is an easy one (simply put : MRO KPIs ) but it seems they want a public speaker more than a doer.

Tell me about yourself, how do you handle Change in process, what is your structure, etc. tell me your story, do you know SAP, etc. Director asked many of questions that was out of scope for the position.
Good interview three panel went through three rounds of interviews. Managers used the STAR method. Interview wasn’t difficult just be honest and be yourself. This is a union plant so you might be asked union questions.
