Basically sat down with three folks. They asked 10 basic questions and they wanted the answers in the form of: 1. Situation 2. Task / Action 3. Result They asked 6 questions that were all "Tell me about a time when" questions, and then took notes. They then followed this up with a series of basic mechanical questions. The format was hard, and not like normal interviews.
