Interview
I received a phone screening from a "talent acquisition partner" (which I think means a contractor, even though they had a Kraft Heinz email) early March after I submitted a resume for a different position. We had a great conversation but I didn't receive any further response. I was then emailed a couple times over the following two weeks that "someone at Kraft Heinz thinks you would be a good fit for [enter position]." I applied to one of those and was contacted by a different talent partner for a phone screening with the hiring manager. It went well and after another two weeks I had a panel interview with her as well as 4 other people on her team. The interviews were generic STAR "tell me about a time when..." and nothing technical in nature. Everyone was friendly and clearly passionate about their work. I followed up with an email thanking the talent partner and the team for them to respond that they would follow up with their decision "mid-next week." It's been over 2 weeks since that expected time. I'm more disappointed in their lack of response than a firm rejection since their team was so great to talk to. Expect a long process and a lack of clarity if you decide to interview with Kraft Heinz.

Question 1
Generic star questions, nothing technical. Tell me about a time you had to think creatively about a problem. Tell me about a time you helped a community with your knowledge. Why do you want to work for Kraft Heinz? Tell me about a time you had to get someone with a different opinion on your side.

Interview
The process includes many steps, it is a bit difficult, Dutch is required. Not always sponsor visas. The process is organized and consistent, also the respond times are the correct.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Scheduled a phone interview. During the interview was told that even though I had a PhD and several year of experience they couldn't offer the Senior Scientist position. Both positions were well below expectations at 85k(Sci) and 95k(Senior) annual salary anyway.
