Several two on one interviews. STAR process was used for all 4 interviews. All interviews were conducted by member of the plant staff. Responses are scored on a 1 - 5 and results are discussed among the interviewers.

Few different rounds with various levels and people, everyone really nice. All asked similar questions about previous experience. Had positive things to say about the culture and their tenures there

Long and waste of time. Waited one month to meet with Director who was late to call. Given wrong job description, poor communication throughout process, lack of visibility in timeline.
