I had given my resume to someone who worked there. She passed my resume on to the exact person that was hiring. I had a phone interview first with the director of the department that was hiring. Then the HR person contacted me and brought me in for a day long interview. I sat in a room and was interviewed by 7 people who all came in one after the other. Some interviews lasted a half hour, but the hiring manager had at least an hour. I ate lunch with two other people and then had more interviews after lunch.
