After two phone screens, I was asked to come in for an interview loop with the team. Over the course of four hours, I interviewed with 6 people. Two were from HR, three were senior leaders on the team and one would have been my direct report. I was surprised that for such a key role in reducing expenses for the Legal organization, several people came late and/or completely unprepared. It was clear that morale on the team was very low. Additionally, even though I sent a thank you note to everyone who gave me their email address, I never heard back from anyone. I followed-up after nearly two weeks following the interview with the HR recruiter and she never responded. Very unprofessional experience and quite frankly a huge waste of my time. We are going on four weeks now and I still have not heard anything.
