Had a phone screen followed by in person interview. Interviewed with 5 people for half hour each. Typical questions and laid back atmosphere. After interview it did take three to four weeks to hear back. We're willing to negotiate salary and benefits. I understand interviews and process is much different now after the 3 g takeover.
