Applied online Online. Had an intial HR screening. Scheduled a call with Hiring Manager. During the interview, I found it quite challenging to effectively communicate my qualifications and experiences due to what appeared to be a lack of engagement from the hiring Manager. Throughout the conversation, he seemed preoccupied with other tasks, frequently muting his audio and disabling his video, which made it difficult for me to gauge his interest in our discussion. It felt as though he had already made up his mind regarding my candidacy before giving me the opportunity to fully present myself. This experience left me feeling disappointed and undervalued, especially considering the time and effort I invested in preparing for the interview.
