I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Zeist) in Jan 2016
Interview
I applied online (November 2015), they ask me an 1 min. video, I passed the video screening and they sent me SHL tests! Finally, they call me and ask me if I have a salary indication (first question, not the best way to start with a candidate) I said no and they arrange me a Skype interview with the marketing manager, then they rescheduled the interview with Finance director (6 January). The interview never happened! I sent a Skype invitation, I called them and sent them an email. The next day I have a call from the HR to reschedule the interview on 11 January with the same person! Guess? 10 minutes before the interview the HR call me again to reschedule the interview with somebody else on 13 of January! After 20 min she ask me if I want to do the interview now and I accepted! But there is no Skype connection so somebody "impolite" call me from UK and ask me 4 questions. Why Kraft Heinz? What is a company you admire? When did you know you were above average? And tell me a risk in your life! Such a disappointment 10 min. 37 sec. on phone with somebody impolite in comparison with 60-45min on Skype, so unfair for me..She told me about the program and the positions. I said thank you for your time and she replied its ok and hang up the phone!!!!! I wait and call the HR to ask for feedback, they have no idea about the 10 min. she didnt sent them feedback! 14 of january they call to give me negative feedback because I didnt know about the values of the company in which they ask me (never did), so they dont want to continue with me as the interviewer said! I waste my time to read about Kraft-Heinz, and the search wasnt so encouraging about the working conditions!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions on Skype interviews were differents as my friends who did it told me! Tell me 3 challenges of Kraft Heinz for the coming year, the position of Kraft Heinz in retail market, your goals for the 2016, what are you passionate about, where do you want to be in 10 years, your ultimate dream, the most challenged time, a risk of your life and competency based questions about group-disagreements-no data decisions! This is an interview for a trainee not 10 min on phone! Good luck for today guys in the assessment!! Never again!

Waarom wil je bij Kraft Heinz werken?
Welke challenges zijn er voor Kraft Heinz?

Interview
Two interviewers asked me questions, mostly STAR type or 'why this programme'. At the end there was a logic question which they helped me through. I thought it went really well but had no reply for ages. Eventually after emailing them a few times I got a generic rejection email.

Question 1
Why Kraft Heinz? Where do you see yourself in ten years?

Interview
The interview process is long and has several steps:
-Application
-Online reasoning tests
-30sec video explaining why you want to work for them and why you are the right fit
-Skype interview with competence based and logic questions (30-60min)
-Assessment center in two stages, morning and afternoon. In the morning you have a quick 15min interview and a group work on a case study, which you have to prepare in 60min and present in 5min. Only half of the people in the morning pass to the afternoon screening, which is a panel.
The overall process is fast paced and you always get feedback quickly.
The assessment center is the hardest part. The time is very limited and you don't really get a chance to shine. You have to be lucky to get to the last stage. In my assessment center we were 37, only 14 passed to the second stage and after that about 4-5 people were taken. The cultural fit with the company is the most important thing they look for.
