The application process is quite straightforward. I did good on my tests (numerical and verbal reasoning both 97%) so was invited to interview. People are very friendly and as long as you have positive attitude there is nothing to be scared of. Questions are related both to you as a person, and to the company, so research before interview was necessary. Going to assessment centre now.
