      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Zeist) in Jan 2016

      Interview

Really long process. After the CV screening, I have been invited to take 1min video in which I had to introduce myself and say why I was perfect for the company. After that, reasoning and aptitude tests. After these, I have been invited for 1hour interview on skype with a Sales Manager. It has been a behavioural interview. After few days, they notified me that I passed that step and I was invited at the assessment centre in Netherlands. The day was divided in two step. If you pass the first step, you can go to the second one. The first step consisted of a speed interview and a group work and a presentation in front of top management. As a whole, a good experience but too many people were invited (40) for few spots (9). With all those previous steps, I think that they could have cut the number before. The problem is that for them it is difficult to recognise talents among so many people through just few words that day. In addition, too many dying moments. I think that day luck plays an important role. By the way, people are very nice and kind. They were really nice to call me back the day after for giving me a personal feedback about the assessment centre. In general ok but the assessment centre needs to be organised better.

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Leuven) in Nov 2021

      Interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz in Oct 2017

      Interview

Two interviewers asked me questions, mostly STAR type or 'why this programme'. At the end there was a logic question which they helped me through. I thought it went really well but had no reply for ages. Eventually after emailing them a few times I got a generic rejection email.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Zeist) in May 2017

      Interview

The interview process is long and has several steps: -Application -Online reasoning tests -30sec video explaining why you want to work for them and why you are the right fit -Skype interview with competence based and logic questions (30-60min) -Assessment center in two stages, morning and afternoon. In the morning you have a quick 15min interview and a group work on a case study, which you have to prepare in 60min and present in 5min. Only half of the people in the morning pass to the afternoon screening, which is a panel. The overall process is fast paced and you always get feedback quickly. The assessment center is the hardest part. The time is very limited and you don't really get a chance to shine. You have to be lucky to get to the last stage. In my assessment center we were 37, only 14 passed to the second stage and after that about 4-5 people were taken. The cultural fit with the company is the most important thing they look for.
