Had an impromptu phone interview and then got called in for a 1 hr interview at their office. Spoke to 4 financial managers, 2 at a time for a half an hour each. First part of interview, both interviewers were reading questions from a sheet while the other 2 were much more conversational.

Had a five minute "interview" at university. Was contacted the next week for an onsite interview. Onsite interview with five different people each around 45 minutes. Onsite interview consisted of lunch and a short tour of the building. Interviews were very casual, more conversational than anything. Overall a very easy, comfortable process.
