Very disorganized on the HR end, the email exchange and phone exchanges were very spaced out, wouldn't hear anything for days or weeks, and then they are rushing me to come in for an in person interview. The second phone screen with the R&D manager was also a surprise call because the HR person scheduled the wrong day.
