Start with CV screening, a video interview follows to proceed. SHL tests of quantitative analysis and verbal knowledge are the following steps and you will receive an invitation of Skype interview if you get satisfying results for SHL test. However, be aware that this trainee programme is only open to European citizens as they DID NOT specify beforehand. I was eligible for the last two rounds of interview based on my previous results until one day before the interview HR told me I wont be considered since I am non European.... tbh it was quite disappointing for me.. but simply there is nothing I can do other than face it.
